A church is not so much a 'what' as a 'who' Jesus created the ‘Church’, not to be set of buildings, but to be His community where people:
-
Learn about who God is and His offer of forgiveness and a fresh start in life.
-
Come freely to a personal life-changing commitment.
-
Progress in that new life in practical, everyday living.
For our part, our church is not about denominational labels, performance of ancient rituals, nor meaningless activities. We are about being on the move, growing and going with God in what He is doing in our time and place. We want to be a partner in your life’s greatest adventure - walking with God - throughout whatever you experience in your life: good, bad, ugly, tragedy and triumph.
In a church you will find people who are at a variety of spiritual places, age stages, and life backgrounds. In fact, our church covers four active generations with variety in each. So whether it is exploring Jesus’ claims personally by accepting Jesus, or fully growing into the person God has designed you to be, church is a great place to take the next step.
We hope that you will give “church” a chance whether you have never before stepped onto a church’s property or its been a while, or you have recently moved into our area having had a longstanding relationship with a church.
There is a saying that has a lot of truth to it when it comes to your relationship with God:
If you want to go fast – go alone.
If you want to go far – go together.
What goes in a church, can help you do both better.
You will find our times on the front page.
