Exercise is good for the mind, body and spirit. After a hectic day of whatever activity, we all need a bit of time for ourselves. On Tuesday and Thursday evenings 7-8 we get together to exercise, strength-train and fellowship. We work towards building our core with exercises for arms, legs, back and abdominals, while also finding support, prayer partners and friendships along the way. We would love to have new friends join us! The class is free…but it is led by VOLUNTEERS, so each individual “listens to his or her own body”, adjusts appropriately, and sets his or her own pace.
Starting Sunday, April 18, join us from 5:00-6:00 pm outside the church for a free, six-week yoga class focusing on the story of Elijah. This slow-flow yoga is designed to work your muscles and relax your soul. Bring your mat and blocks. (Extra mats and blocks will be available for those who don't have them.) If it rains, the class will be moved indoors.
